|Deductible||Your deductible is how much you are agreeing to pay out of your pocket to medical providers before HCCMIS® pays for your eligible medical expenses.|
|Mailing Address||Any policy documents and claims information will be sent to the mailing address so make sure that someone will have access to check the address that you provide while you are traveling.|
|Citizenship||If not all your family members are the same citizenship, then you will need to purchase separate policies for those that differ.|
|Home Country||This is where you reside and receive mail. However, if you are a U.S. citizen, then U.S. should always be selected as your home country, regardless of residence.|
|Destination Countries||Select all of the countries that you will be visiting. These countries will appear on your visa letter to show that you are covered there if asked to produce proof of insurance.|
|Beneficiary||Atlas Travel Insurance will provide the payment for the Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit for a covered incident to the person whose name is specified here if an unfortunate accident occurs.|
|Online Fulfillment||Choosing this option will ensure that you receive your policy confirmation and receipt of purchase within minutes. It will also allow you instant access to the visa letter that you will need for the consulate. Select ‘no’ to online fulfillment if you would like these documents mailed to you.|
Now that you have successfully purchased, you will receive a confirmation of coverage with important information about your insurance policy via email if you have selected ’Yes’ to online confirmation. If you do not receive these documents within 20 minutes, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (800) 605-2282 as your email address may have been incorrectly entered.
Copy of Policy
Many customers do not realize that a full copy of their Atlas Travel policy can be accessed through the online policy fulfillment document. It is a good idea to print your policy details and take them with you.
Your ID Card
Your online fulfillment contains a copy of your ID card. Simply print it and keep it with your personal belongings. If medical attention is needed, be sure to present your ID card to the doctor or hospital so they can call and get the details about your insurance from HCCMIS.
With this information, you can be on your way!
