Getting Contracted with HCCMIS
To become a HCCMIS Producer please complete the Producer Agreement and W9 form (US Producers Only) and fax it back to us at 317-262-2140, or send it by email to sales@hccmis.com.
Once contracted with us, you'll receive personalized product quoting links which can be seamlessly implemented onto your existing website or sent to your clients via email. You will be automatically recognized in our system as the writing agent for any business transacted through your link.

International healthcare can be quite daunting for individuals. HCCMIS maintains relationships with hospitals and doctors throughout the world through CMN, and this network is growing daily. Q: How do I become contracted with HCCMIS?

Q: Are there any contract fees or production requirements?
A: There are no sign-up fees or minimum production requirements. Our portfolio of products is available for producers who actively seek new opportunities and also for those agents who are looking for an option when the need arises.
Do I have to carry health insurance license in every state?
A: Our international plans only require that a domestic agent who is located inside the United States to carry one resident agent license in order to do business. However, the Florida Department of Insurance does require these agents to also hold a non-resident license to solicit business to Florida residents. Agents who are located outside of the US are not required to carry an insurance license, unless doing business in the state of Florida.
Agents selling the domestic HCC Life Short Term Medical plan are required by Department of Insurance regulations to be licensed in the state where their policy holder primarily resides. HCCMIS provides a 60 day grace period from the policy’s effective date for the agent to provide the proper license.
Q: Can I sell HCCMIS’s portfolio of products on my personal website?
A: Yes, customized links are available to all of our contracted agents in both English and Spanish. These links are electronically coded to your producer ID so that they will automatically recognize your account as the writing agent in real time. Electronic confirmations are also generated to your email at the point of sale.
Q: How can I access my personalized product links?
A: To access personalized product links, log onto Producer Zone using your producer number and password. Then, hover over "Market Me" and click "Individual Product Links". These links may be copied and pasted to an email or seamlessly implemented onto your website.
Q: How can I view my production?
A: To view production, log onto Producer Zone - http://zone.hccmis.com/producerzone/login.php - using your producer number and password. Then, hover over "My Business" and click on "Production Zone".
Q: When and how are commissions paid?
A: Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s effective policies. Both paper checks and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are available.
